At Artisans Guild, each piece is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the customized and artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and delivered. 

We encourage customers to review product specifications, dimensions, and images carefully before making a purchase. In the rare event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
